With her warm, collaborative approach and an artist’s understanding of proportion, balance, and harmony, patients affectionately call her “The Smile Whisperer.” Many women, in particular, say she stands out in a traditionally male-dominated field because she never imposes a singular aesthetic. Instead, she begins every journey by asking:

My Philosophy
Artistry, Expertise and A Human Approach
Dr. Moran-Kobes began her career at the University of Illinois, discovering early on that dentistry could merge her passions for precision and creativity. In 1997, she founded Water Tower Dental Care, Chicago’s premier destination for aesthetic and restorative dentistry.
After raising her four children — and courageously overcoming breast cancer — she returned to dentistry with renewed clarity and purpose. Today, she practices in the Chicago area at both Water Tower Dental Care and Hinsdale Dentistry, where she blends advanced clinical expertise with the depth and compassion that only lived experience can bring.
